At the same time that the US election was being run and won by Donald J Trump, Australia’s ALP government was taking the opportunity to implement draconianism while its citizens were distracted. In the darkness of political night, the ALP forced through legislation that would silence and censor its own people’s speech.
In an action that would make the worst Orwellian dictator blush, the ALP government will push through in the very near future legislation that it claims will address Misinformation and Disinformation or what Australians now call the “MAD” bill.
A very apt name.
The problem is that Australia has no Donald J Trump nor the amazing team of super talent that is now behind him as begins to move towards his second presidency to rebuild the United States. Australia’s opposition, to be blunt, is pathetic, and to be fair to the ALP it was the opposition LNP that initially introduced the concept of this sort of legislation.
In the US you have a battle of sharp political, ideas, philosophy and policy. In Australia, the two major political parties are nearly a mirror reflection of each other. Both parties are UN arselickers, both embrace the Net Zero madness, both have overseen large-scale immigration into city infrastructure that is simply inadequate, both parties have individuals within their ranks that have embedded themselves in with the WEF lunatics, while both cave into the woke dogma infested into institutions and bureaucracies.
The Australian Labour Party are socialist left, while the Liberal National Party are centre left. Our Teals are communists and the Australian Green Party is so fiercely Marxist that Lenin would remove himself from their ranks.
So, in reality, Australians currently find themselves in a one-party state with a choice between moderate and far-left government. Australian conservatives like myself look across the Pacific Pond at our American cousins and are green with envy at the choice they have and what they were able to just embrace with Trump and his team of invincible.
I read a tweet last week that observed that the Trump team of JD Vance, Elon Musk, RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, and Vivek Ramaswamy could all do the job of President. In Australia, we don’t have a single person of that calibre anywhere on our political landscape who could replicate what Trump has just achieved.
So here we are, a public aboard a rudderless ship, at the mercy of a group of politicians that you wouldn’t allow to walk your dog, babysit your child, or clean your toilet. Incompetent fools!
Today the leader of that ludicrous group has announced he is going to ban teenagers sixteen and below from social media. Many are cheering it on not realising the repercussions, never mind the obvious abuse of our youth’s rights, but how will they enforce this?
There is only one way you will be able to enforce this and that is through facial recognition and boom there you have it, Totalitarianism all tied up in a bow.
Anthony Albanese, our most clueless of Prime Ministers, who makes Kamala Harris look like a consummate professional that she isn’t, has declared he is banning our youth from social media through concerns for their welfare. Of course, when politician’s mouths are moving they are always lying, so you need to ask what’s his ulterior motive.
The answer is right before your eyes if you’re willing to look. He and his colleagues have just witnessed what Trump has achieved, but more importantly, have seen the role that social media has played in Trump’s success through the likes of Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Steve Bannon, Alex Jones, Charlie Kirk, Ben Shapiro and Candace Owens.
So petrified are they, that they recently banned Candace Owens from entry into the country.
They have seen the death of traditional media and they know because of this the Democrats have lost control of the narrative. It frightens the life out of them and they know that if they don’t do anything about it, it will engulf them here as well. Instead of learning from Trump’s machine in how to utilise social media to your benefit, they are establishing their ministry of truth, called the eSaftey Commission, who has already taken on and lost to Elon Musk.
So like any good totalitarian government, if you can’t beat them, then ban them.
“Out of the mouth of Babes” was a saying when our youth spoke beyond their years. This is such a threat to our politicians and their inadequacies that our politicians have to silence those Babes entirely while working to censor the speech of the rest of the populace.
While the light of liberty has been reignited in the USA, the darkness of true fascism has sunk its claws into every Australian’s freedoms while we were all distracted by the glow of that flame of Liberty in the US and we don’t have the leaders to push back.
Maybe President-elect Trump could borrow us one of his super-stars for a few years to lead that fight.
